This policy explains how Astrada Technologies Limited ("Astrada", "we", "us") uses cookies — small text files saved on your device — on www.astrada.co (the "Site"). It works alongside our Privacy Notice at www.astrada.co/legal.
No non-essential cookies are set until your freely given, specific, informed and unambiguous consent is obtained through an affirmative act.
You can change your mind at any time using the "Cookie Settings" option in the consent banner.
We use two categories of cookies, governed by applicable privacy laws depending on your location — including GDPR (EU/EEA), UK GDPR, revFADP (Switzerland), CPRA/CCPA (US), the Privacy Act 1988 (Australia), and the Privacy Act 2020 (New Zealand). We do not use functional, marketing, or advertising cookies. If that changes, we will update this policy and ask for your consent before activating any new category.
When you first visit the Site, a consent banner lets you choose:
Closing the banner with ✕ is not treated as consent — only Strictly Necessary cookies will run until you make an active choice. You can update or withdraw your consent at any time by reopening the banner. Withdrawing consent does not affect anything lawfully processed beforehand. You can also manage cookies through your browser settings, though blocking all cookies may affect how the Site works.
Retention: Strictly Necessary cookies set by Cloudflare expire after 30 minutes of continuous inactivity by the end user. These are short-lived session cookies used for bot protection and do not support long-term tracking.
Analytical (HubSpot) cookies are retained for up to 6 months.

Some cookies are set by third-party providers that operate independently of Astrada. We are not responsible for their data practices — please review their privacy notices directly.
Where third-party providers process personal data on our behalf, we have Data Processing Agreements (DPAs) in place with each provider.
We will update this policy when our cookie use or the law changes. Material changes — such as adding a new cookie category — will trigger a fresh consent prompt. The version number and date at the top will always reflect the latest version.
